We started by exploring distinctive Indian ingredients such as Lakadong Turmeric from Meghalaya and Nadia Ginger from West Bengal, and discovered a much bigger story — one of regional produce, traditional knowledge and ingredients with identities deeply connected to their place of origin.
Ojass Harvest was created to bring these remarkable ingredients closer to modern kitchens through thoughtful sourcing, careful selection and premium presentation.
